Resend undelivered messages from the Message Tracking report — identify the delivery failure, correct the recipient's contact information, then resend only to those who didn't receive the original message.
💡Quick answers
- When should I use Resend? When a message failed to deliver to some recipients — use it to correct the issue and retry only for those who didn't receive it.
- How do I resend? In Message Tracking, select the message with delivery issues, choose the specific issue (e.g., invalid phone number), fix the recipient's data, select the recipient, and click Send Message.
- What if I still can't reach someone electronically? Use Send Message via Print to mail or hand-deliver the message to the parent, staff, or student.
