The Outbox in Communications HQ (Messages > Outbox) shows all active, pending, and expired messages β check delivery status, view send times, and start queued messages immediately from the Message Tracking report.

You can view any active, pending, or expired messages that have been sent through the Outbox. You can view the time the message will be or has been sent, and the current status.
Review the outbox
- From the Communications HQ interface menu, select Messages > Outbox.
- View more information on each message by either selecting the name, or by selecting Message Tracking report.
* f you need to immediately start sending a message that is in the queue, select the Message name and on the Message Tracking report, select Start Now to send the message.
