We want to inform you about an upcoming system upgrade for Mass Notifications scheduled to take place in groupings overnight on Saturday, Feb. 17, Saturday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, March 2.
The upgrades are organized by group, corresponding to the cloud server assigned to your organization. During your assigned upgrade time, Mass Notifications will be temporarily unavailable. This also impacts the MCA mobile app.
While the overall process spans three weekends, clients will only experience an impact on the specific date and time designated for their group's upgrade.
You will receive a series of email reminders with detailed information about your assigned upgrade time as the date approaches.
If urgent communication is needed during this downtime period, please call support at 800-829-8107 and our team will send the message on your behalf. Note that pre-scheduled messages for this timeframe must be rescheduled.
No action is needed by clients who use DataLink.
If you are using an SFTP client, please note that this update will be adding support for more enhanced encryption, better protecting your data. After the maintenance is complete, some SFTP clients will need to verify/update settings before automated data syncs will resume. Simply click on the "Update" or "Trust" option (depending on your SFTP client) and your uploads will resume.
