Important information to know
- The information used to complete this Agreement will only appear on the Apple Listing if the user downloading the App is located in the EU.
- By default, Finalsite selects the App to only appear in the US and Canada.
- The information used will not appear on the listing for Districts in the US.
- We are simply complying with Apple policies even though it only pertains to countries within the EU.
Complete the Agreement
- Login to App Store Connect.
- Click Business and select the Account Name on the next screen.
- The Agreement will be located in one of two spots:
- Banner at the top: Click the blue link Complete Compliance Requirements.
- Compliance Section: Click the blue link Digital Services Agreement.
- Put in a contact Phone Number and Email Address.
- Be prepared to receive a 2-Factor Authentication code in the next step with the same Phone Number and Email Address.
- Apple will send a code to the Email and then the Phone Number. Paste these in as you receive the codes.
- A popup will appear saying, Confirm Contact Information, click Confirm to complete the process.
Important Note
You may receive a popup that requests additional "Identification Documents" to be uploaded. If you see this popup, please follow the next steps. You will need to upload a document that verifies your organization to complete this process.
Complete the additional steps
- Select English as the language and click Next.
- Upload one of the following documents into the Upload Documents field:
- Anything official that shows the Organization Name
- Tax Exempt Certificate that contains Business Name and Address
- Business License
- Click Next
- You have completed the additional steps.
