Your Communications HQ inbox stores messages sent to you via Mass Notifications or Teacher Communications — access them at any time as a record alongside what you've already received by email, text, or voicemail.

What's in my Inbox?
When your district or school administrator or personnel sends a message via the Mass Notifications or Teacher Communications program, messages will be available through the inbox of the Communications HQ web interface.
You will most like have already received these messages through your standard email, text message, or voice mail. The messages will also be listed in your inbox as alternate location.
Access your messages
You can access your messages from either the Messages page.
- Select Inbox to view any of your received messages.
- Select the Subject to open a specific message.
You can view the detailed date, time, and address that sent the message if you select Show Delivery Details. You can also Remove the message from your inbox when finished.
