Access the support portal
While you can always email support using the email addresses above, using the Community Education Support Portal allows you to manage ticket history and access attachments. Navigate to the portal by going to https://cesupport.finalsite.com/hc/en-us and clicking the Sign In button in the top right corner.
You must be signed in to access the following:
New and existing requests: Create new tickets or track the status of current ones.
Attachments: View or download files attached to your support cases.
Subscriptions: Follow specific articles, categories, or sections to receive update notifications.
Phone support: Access dedicated phone support resources.
How to sign in

Navigate to cesupport.finalsite.com/hc and click the Sign In link at the top of the page.
First-time users: If this is your first time accessing the portal, you may need to click Reset your password to establish your credentials.
New to support: If you have never contacted Finalsite Support before, please reach out to your district or organization administrator and ask them to request an account for you.
⚠️ Important Note
Admin Approval Required: Access to the portal and ticket management requires verification. Once approved, you will have full access to manage your support history.

View status page
We recommend subscribing to our Status Page to monitor system performance and stay informed of any service incidents. Sign up for text or email alerts to receive immediate updates if a platform experiences a disruption.
